Puede pagar el alquiler en persona utilizando el buzón de pago de alquileres en la oficina del administrador de su propiedad, o puede enviarlo por correo a la dirección de la oficina del administrador, que se muestra a continuación.

El pago del alquiler vence el primer día de cada mes. Si no recibimos su pago antes de la medianoche del quinto día del mes, se le cobrará un recargo por mora de $35.00 y podría recibir un aviso de rescisión de contrato. Por favor, pague con cheque o giro postal; no aceptamos pagos en efectivo. Si su pago es devuelto por el banco por fondos insuficientes, también se le cobrará un recargo de $35.00. Si tiene alguna pregunta sobre el pago del alquiler, comuníquese con el administrador de la propiedad.
