Dekum Court 

Supported by Metro’s Regional Affordable Housing Bond

Plans for 187 new affordable rental homes in NE Portland are underway! With funding from Metro’s Affordable Housing Bond, Oregon Housing and Community Services, and Home Forward, 147 new affordable homes will be added to the redevelopment of the existing 40 homes at Dekum Court.  Construction is occurring in two phases to ensure existing residents of Dekum Court will not need to be relocated.  Phase 1 of construction (47 homes) began in September, 2022 and opens to relocating and new residents in September 2023.  Phase 2 construction of the remaining homes will then begin and is scheduled to be ready for new residents by Spring 2025.
