Home Forward will contact recent applicants to the Housing Choice Voucher program this fall, to let them know if they were added to the waitlist. 2,000 applications will be selected from the lottery.

Construction update from our partners at Walsh Construction Co.! The PCC Killingsworth affordable housing complex in NE Portland is progressing beautifully! This development, located on the campus of Portland Community College's new Opportunity Center, will offer 84 homes and 3 early learning classrooms. Families living here will have access to career resources, social support, workforce training, and education.Native American Youth and Family Centerenter will provide onsite early childhood education, while the Oregon Department of Human Services will have an office on the campus. Additionally, the Multnomah County Health Department will open a community health center next year, further supporting families' needs.This project is a shining example of innovative housing solutions that also promote career and educational advancement.
