Portland, OR – Home Forward today announced the launch of a new public dashboard designed to provide community members, residents, partners, staff, and stakeholders with greater visibility into agency performance and progress.

The initial version of the dashboard includes Home Forward’s portfolio-wide occupancy rate, which recently surpassed 90% across the agency’s housing portfolio. The agency has publicly committed to reaching 94% occupancy by the end of the year and says the new dashboard will allow the public to track progress toward that goal over time.

“This dashboard is one step in a broader effort to provide more visibility into our work and performance” said Michael Buonocore, Home Forward’s Interim Executive Director. “We know our community expects us to be open about both our progress and the challenges we continue to face. We recognize this first version is limited in scope, but we are committed to expanding and improving the dashboard in the months ahead.”

Home Forward emphasized that the dashboard is a “Version 1” release and that additional data points and metrics are expected to be added over time as the agency continues to strengthen internal reporting systems.

The dashboard launch follows several accountability measures announced by the agency earlier this year, including a 94% portfolio-wide occupancy rate and an independent third-party organizational assessment.

“We know transparency requires consistency over time,” Buonocore added. “Our intention is to continue building on this initial version of the dashboard, and provide the public with clearer, more accessible information about Home Forward’s operations.”
