About the Apartment Community

This new affordable apartment community is at NE Killingsworth and 42^nd Ave. and will open in July 2025. The apartment homes are co-located with the PCC Opportunity Center at 42nd Ave. It is a vibrant community hub for opportunity.

The 4-story apartment community was developed by Home Forward and the Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA) on land donated by Portland Community College (PCC). The community offers 84 studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedrooms.

Affordable Rents

The rent here is lower than average for the area. The amount most residents pay is not based on income (subsidized). You do have to make 60% or below the Area Median Income (AMI) to live here. Rent amounts vary based on unit size (exact amounts TBA). See the below chart for income guidelines.
