Home Forward will contact recent applicants to the Housing Choice Voucher program this fall, to let them know if they were added to the waitlist. 2,000 applications will be selected from the lottery.

Prosper Portland and the Portland Housing Bureau are currently exploring opportunities for potential new Tax Increment Financing (TIF) districts in the Central City and East Portland to facilitate thriving neighborhoods and build upon years of community planning efforts.With the help of a Steering Committee representing a broad range of interests and expertise, staff has developed draft scenarios for each district. Prosper Portland and PHB will host an in-person open house for each district to provide an update and facilitate a dialogue with community members. These open houses will include a brief presentation, Q&A, and district-specific tabling. Central City Open House: Tuesday, April 30 from 5 - 7 pm Pacific Northwest College of Art (511 NW Broadway).
