Coverage is available for employees, their families, and domestic partners. Health, vision, and dental insurance coverage becomes effective on the first day of the month following your date of hire.
Employees become members of Oregon’s Public Employee’s Retirement System (PERS) after a brief waiting period. Home Forward contributes both the employee and employer portions of this benefit.
Employees may also participate in Home Forward’s 457 Deferred Compensation plan; a tax-deferred retirement savings option available through payroll deduction and includes a 3% match up to $750.
Home Forward believes that providing training and educational opportunities for employees enhances the agency as a whole. Any regular employee scheduled to work at least 20 hours a week is eligible for our Tuition Reimbursement Program.
