The purpose of TAC is to improve policies and programs at Home Forward by listening to tenants.

TAC supports tenants in providing a dedicated space to share their ideas and create changes in their homes, housing programs, and the whole affordable housing system. Each individual was chosen to serve on the TAC because they demonstrated an interest in shared policy areas, expressed an understanding of policies that focus on the community rather than the individual, and were willing to reflect and share on their own lived experiences.

TAC members commit to joining together as a council for two years. TAC meetings are held on the last Thursday of every month and are open to the public.
