Who is eligible?

This program is available to:

• Residents of Home Forward properties
• Housing Choice Voucher holders

How to request a AC Unit

If you live in the CITY OF PORTLAND:

• Call 3-1-1 to apply by phone, or
• Apply online at:
  https://www.portland.gov/bps/cleanenergy/cooling-portland/apply-cooling-unit

If you live anywhere OUTSIDE Portland:

• Check your email for a request form from your Property Manager or Resident Services Coordinator, or
• Email ACInstalls@homeforward.org to request the form and apply.
