York Terrace is an 85-unit project near downtown Troutdale, serving families and individuals. The project is located on a 3.5-acre site donated by Multnomah County. The project is primarily funded with Metro Bond Funds and OHCS funds. The project has 25 project- based Regional Long-Term Rent Assistance (RLRA) funded by Supportive Housing Services funds. These rent assisted units will serve individuals and families with very low incomes; referrals for larger units are expected to come from the Multnomah Stability Initiative program. The project includes outdoor play areas, a community garden, a BBQ and seating area, a large community room and on-site offices for property management and resident services. York Terrace is on the edge of historic downtown Troutdale and within walking distance of several parks, schools, and regional transit.
